What people are saying about Emma & Jack
Emma
“My daughter was privileged to be under Emma’s care for an extended period of time, and I will be forever grateful for the unwavering kindness, compassion and genuine care that she showed, not only to my daughter, but also to me.
From her first appointment, Emma thought of a way to connect with my daughter outside of the traditional sessions, adapting to meet her needs, and make her comfortable. This made such a difference in helping her to feel secure, safe, and understood.
I would not hesitate to recommend Emma to any family or young person looking for a someone who goes beyond clinical support.“
Parent of a 16-year-old
Jack
“As someone who has had hostile and bad gym experiences in the past Jack has helped shed a positive light on gym culture. Jack has helped me grow confident in using gym equipment and in myself and my capabilities. He has assisted me in pushing my limits in a safe, fun and comfortable environment. He listens to what you do and don’t want and creates individual training plans that are tailored to my needs and aspirations including multiple and varied exercises so I never get complacent. He also takes time to check in and make sure you’re happy with everything so you get the experience just right for you. The gym studio offers multiple pieces of equipment allowing a wide range of exercises and with Jack’s supportive, funny, kind and motivational attitude you will achieve your goals.”
PT Client
Emma
“I used Emma to assist in assessing whether or not my child had ADHD. I was immensely impressed with Emma throughout the process and would highly recommend her. She was compassionate, kind, understanding and was very personable throughout. She was brilliant with my son who ended up wanting to visit Emma again as he really enjoyed her company and thought she was very kind. She explained things which was easy to understand for my son and was transparent with me throughout. I felt she went above and beyond to meet our needs and wrote a very thorough and comprehensive report. Thank you Emma for making what is a difficult process, seamless and easy for my son and I to go through.“
